If you are not a member of the Master Plumbers you are not allowed you to use their logos nor mention you are a Master Plumber in your advertising, email signatures etc. You must be registered accordingly to take advantage of the PR benefits.
Unlike Master Plumbers the Plumbing Board's stance is.... "
Anyone can advertise stating "they are certifying" using our logos, icons etc. There is no offence unless one can prove that works have taken place without supervision of a certifying individual." The question is,
does one wrong encourage and lead to the next? What are your thoughts?
