I would love to leave a comment about the involvement of a certain industry group, but they have told me I am bound by a confidentiality clause (that I can't find and can't get them to show me) and apparently I am bound to even though I am no longer a member.

They have said that I have attempted to lay a complaint about the whole group ....when it was against the few that f**** people over (including their own members/ex presidents) and ignore their own rules, protocol, standards and so called code of ethics, when it suits.

But this attempt of a complaint isn't allowed, because I am no longer a member....unyet I am still bound by the parts that suit them.

Ring any bells.....picking certain "laws/ethics/standards/protocol" when it suits .....and then ignoring the same when it suits.



People who screw over their own kind.......turn coats and hypocrites.....a public inquiry is needed, lets see who stands up to scrutiny.....ooops was that a comment ;)

hi guys,I`m not much of an accountant but thank goodness that someone in the federation is. It is obvious that the board have employed accountants to show us all these wonderful figures that we can`t understand and take at face value to `Baffle us with Bullshite`, well I think that the Federation has unraveled the `Web of deceit` to prove that the game is up. hi guys, It is my opinion that the board wastes money on (apart from other sources of waste that we are not aware of)the mailing out of useless bits of information when they could email it / consultations on matters that have already been decided on / road shows that are just free trips for themselves.  The world is in recession but no austerity on the part of the board, we all have to tighten our belts but the boards are expanding with no end in sight, cheers

If only they were capable of carrying out what they say they want to do, most of this would be an improvement, but I bet it is still more smoke, mirrors and bullshit.....we should keep a copy of this and review it this time next year.......the thing is myself and most of the people I talk to, WANT a proper, fair and transparent board, we are not anarchists.....I don't want cowboys in the trade.

Lets review the last years strategic plan.....the thing is Mr Bickers you need to review the past to see the future, to see where you got it so very wrong and how you can fix it, you need to own up to your mistakes and fix them.

But the quote below done me, is this one of the things to be ignored because it happened in the past....or is it a confession that they knowingly got it so wrong.....if your aim is to have this next year .....then it means you don't have it now.....

I really believe them on this one.....no seriously...... I really do......hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, LOL, PMSL.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So they are moving from fixing the problems of the past......so are they going to leave them as they are or feckin fix them because they are still with us????

Better men than me have said you ignore history and what you can learn from it at your peril....and if you do it in a position of power.... then you do it to the peril of those you administer, if you take the Board as an entity all of its own, regardless of the Muppet's steering......I think Cicero said it best......

Just to be clear I mean the "re-birth" of this "new" Board to be judged as an entity of its own,

And as for Mr Bickers "VISION"......I am reminded of the advert for spec savers in reference to the Boards  "VISION"....with the old farts on a roller coaster when they thought they were getting on a quiet park bench......I thank you all at the Board for your legacy.....it has brought me hours of entertainment and humour over the last ten years...........vision PMSL.

You really need to fix what is broken and mend the problems.....before you go off and cause some new ones....LOL ;)

hi guys, the problem that we have is that this plan streches out to 2015 so anything that is not done and complained about will be met with `we are working on that`/ `we are getting legal advice on that`/ `we are having a public meeting on that` and the excuses will go on, why do they need another three years? that is a long time, hopefully the older ones on the board will be dead by then or the board will have been disbanded altogether, we can only hope,cheers
