Exposure and public information passed to the public, very publically....it is the only way.........

Get them on a public open transparent place, get them to explain to the public (whom they are meant to serve) what they have done, warts and all ,not sanitised by them..........they would be ridiculed and out by the end of the week.......

But....Play them at their own game, behind closed doors, with their own ref and slanted pitch......you're going to get more of the same, probably worse, because all the faults and corruption that has been highlighted will just be pushed deeper and they will become more accustomed to hiding and bringing out new policy to pre-empt any valid criticism, even when it is based in truth and there is over whelming evidence.
