nothing for me yet.....but they did loose my application and cancelled my licence, told me AFTER the deadline, its blatant....so I guess they are in no hurry to contact me.....emailed them to ask why

You can't choose who you are.....but you are the sum of your choices.......

After loosing my first application and I had to resort to sending by signature post......

::).......well it appears the Board have a time machine, after I emailed to ask where my letter was last night, I got two emails sent 20mins apart today, the second email stating that the first email was sent yesterday, and the second email was sent today, sent in reply to my email asking where my letter was...........thing is both letters in attachments were dated the 9th..........FFS how retarded are they.

What now......do we return post in person, with the letters rolled up ready for insertion......might straighten old Jackson's eyes out, what a bunch of clowns....

what a bunch of clowns........sent just now below

Max,

I am in receipt of two emails claimed to have been sent one day apart. The first one apparently sent BEFORE I asked where my letter was, and the second email sent AFTER I had asked where my letter was, but they have been attached with the same letter dated 9 May 2014. Today being the 9th May. And were sent 20 mins apart??? Please can you clarify?

If you are in possession of a time machine, please Max can I borrow the Board’s time machine? I will attempt to go back 5 years and warn the poor bugger who nearly died in an explosion. I might even go right back to 2006, and tell Nick Smith that when he is writing the letter to the Board warning about dodgy certs covering dodgy work, he might want to pop along to the NZIGE seminar that I have photos for, with Darnley, Hammond and several Board members in and take it up in person with them all.

Please take this letter as my written submission that is requested by the 23 May 2014 in your time warping letter both copies dated 9th May 2014, my licence application should be granted because I can’t with in good faith and with good conscience and clear thinking fund a corrupt and incompetent Board that victimises the innocent and protects the guilty.

I would also like to thank the Board and yourself for stating in your signed letter that you have “carefully considered the matters I have raised in my application”, this means you are all, including present members and employees aware of the corruption and victimisation that I speak of.

Best Regards Paul Gee

Well done badger, do we know how many of these letters the board has had to send out?, because I am very disappointed that I did not get any answers to the questions I asked in my letter to Max.

I am considering sending another letter asking why my questions where not answered and instead I was sent a letter that everyone got.
I have some specific concerns that I expected a personal response too. >:(

Bowtie mate, if they have asked you for a further submission (which if yours is a generic reply like mine, they have), then take the opportunity and send one in. Also if they say they have carefully considered your submission, it means they have all read it, if they do nothing about it......then they are covering it up mate. And that's the ones there today who have read it, so get in as much as possible......then they can't give the "but we're new members" bullshit.

My old Nan had a saying....you got to have a good memory to be a liar.....

My memory is awful.....so I stick to the truth.....

These clowns got to go, you can't trust them..........if they will lie about small things like when a letter is sent......how can you trust them on the big issues, big issues that would get them in the shit.....would they lie to cover their arse .......fecking right they would.....

So as I have said...... I get two emails, sent 20 mins apart, the second email giving the impression that its a replacement for the first, because I asked where my reply was on the 8th.....see below

Please note that since you did not receive the letter emailed to you yesterday (the hard copy of which was posted yesterday), we have extended the date for you to make submissions to the Board in the letter emailed to you today.

Subject: Application for a Fees and Levy Waiver

Please find attached a letter regarding your Application for a Fees and Levy Waiver.

The original will be posted to you today.

But both emails had the 9th letter attached.

Then today these two letters turned up exactly the same time WTF is all that about?, see attached

You got to love them.....bare with me....I think I got their letter sequence sorted out....or it is just bullshit....man I had a right laugh over this....here it goes.....

Apparently..... they took the original letter off the original email and replaced it with the amended letter......then sent me another second email with the second amended letter, to tell me not to use the original letter that wasn't emailed......I think........LOL.

See below....

Mr Gee,

For your information, an email was sent to you at 10.20am on 8 May 2014 but unfortunately it was incorrectly addressed.  This occurred because I misread the handwritten email address on your application to relicense. The letter, dated 7 May that was attached to the email, was posted to you on 8 May 2014.

On receipt of your email dated 8 May 2014, a further email was sent to you at 12.09pm on 9 May 2014 with an amended letter.  The amended letter was posted to you on 9 May 2014.  The second email, sent at 12.29pm that day was to alert you to the fact that two different letters had been sent to you and that you should use the second letter with the extended submission date.

Every one got that......clear as the space between their ears......

Lol, I know........apparently its my fault because of my handwriting on my application waiver. They got "plumbing95" out of "plumbngas".

One day mate..... someone at the Board will admit they make mistakes too (a mistake, mind you, by a tradesman is punishable or in my case no mistake is punishable), and see the bigger picture and be able to see past their over inflated egos and do what is right....what do you think Max?

Max also said in his reply that he reads this forum, good on ya Max....so he's a forum fan too, perhaps its part of his consultation with industry, lol........I bet he checks his face book too and plays angry birds.
