Fellow Practitioner Issue 261 Dated 3 July 2015
« on: July 03, 2015, 06:52:24 AM »
Over 8,100 mistakes in the Public Register and the Board acts as if its just something that happens. The Public Register now indicates industry numbers are dropping.

So what is the truth now? What numbers are the annual report going to have and are they true and accurate. It's one thing to say they are but are they true?

You have to ask are the financial records true and accurate for the fees and levy review, are the assumptions made realistic and an informed or are they just a huge pluck?

If there are 8100 mistakes on the register.....just par for the course......how many mistakes are there on the gas safety cert system?

I know of quite a few, not just data entry and excepting incomplete certs but total lies too.....

Please can some one explain how can the Board publically claim to have never received a cert.....but the same cert appears on the website, same number, same name, same appliances.......same non entry for a gas leak test that blew up......how does that happen?

We are held to account for 7 years for the proper administration of our gas cert set up/systems.....how long since the Board had their cert system taken off them? less than 7 years for sure.......
You can't choose who you are.....but you are the sum of your choices.......

I just had a thought....

The Board's main duties were/are....

Administering the cert system......totally cocked this up!

Holding and investigating prosecutions.....totally cocked this up

Running the licence register....totally cocked this up too!

Please can someone let me know why we fund this charade?

Perhaps they are there as a travel agent......any one fancy a trip to Melbourne? Partners included.....mission accomplished.....

It is a bad joke and it is sadly on us as we fund this bull shite......

hi guys/Badger, yes as soon as a management is formed to run some sort of organization i.e. a `Board/Committee`, it`s only a licence to print money for themselves, cheers

A car was believed to have been running in a garage with internal access to the house, he said - that door was open when police arrived at the scene.

I think this is what happened, a real tragedy, very sad
