Moving To Napier

Hey Guys , my family and I are planning on moving from Wellington up to Napier, hopefully within the next year.
I am working as a plumber/gassfitter here at the moment. Just wondering if there is anyone on here from the area who would be able to give me some advice on what prospects of work are like in the area.
Any help would be appreciated.
