I agree with Watchdog, even if you haven't got details I would use the RAC app and report what you do have, or email them - from what I understood from the roadshow they are doing intelligence gathering as well as prosecutions  and maybe they might contact Builders Crack to educate their users that sanitary plumbing can only be done by someone with a license, or worn them of the consequences for their customers.  Either way worth a shot.  Every bit of information that gets out there informing the public of the risks involved is good for licensed plumbers, gasfitters and drainlayers.

I'm not sure if you can download it to the laptop.  I think if you go to the website it has information about RAP app - and how to download so may have something there.  I've got it on my phone and have used it twice for unauthorised work done by people - and I have been impressed with follow through.

If you have apple computers you can download it to them off the app store. Just change your app view to all apps. Some windows PC's will to depending on the age and system their running through the google play store
