Cheers for that BUMP jaxcat i forgot but now have just sent the pgdf's draft in the more voices passing the same message the stronger those words are.

That's the message Thunder - numbers count when it comes to things like this.  I'm keen for all voices to be heard - no matter what they are saying - practitioners are often heard to bemoan changes AFTER the fact and a gentle prod is what is needed.  I think we have till 5pm tomorrow 11th November to get them in.
