Wal - I would be prepared to contribute to a legal fighting fund to try and gain an injunction.  If you can put up the bank account number for donations then it would be well supported.  If every practitioner could come up with $10, $20 or even $50 we could ge the required amount reasonably quickly.  In the end all the letters and emails don't seem to be doing a damn bit of good - it looks like, as you said, it is time to stand up and be counted.  Time will be of the essence.  The shame is that the PGDB didn't decide to put a halt to the current illegal system and engender some good will in the industry.

To quote Abraham Lincolm (American President) - The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us from the support of a cause we believe to be just." and Martin Luther King "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."  Perhaps Maurice Williamson should have taken a leaf out of this great man's book!!
