Just stuck on this distance learning question.
On a commercial installation of several cylinders may be required. The cylinders are likely to be located some distance from the building. What additional piece of equipment should you install at the building?

hi champz, guys, i,m picking this answer to be:-
2.10
1. A 2 kg dry chemical fire extinguisher is required to be available for all installations
over 50 kg. The location of the extinguisher must be clearly identified and be placed
within 30 metres of the installation.
cheers.

Re the commercial LPG installation.
You really should install an extra regulator at the building, if you have a high demand it's possible that the demand could cause liquid to be drawn off the storage, also you could have problems with icing up as well. Possibly you may need to install a vapouriser.
Hope this helps.

would you install an isloation valve so you can isolate the supply from the building or visa versa in case of emergency?...just a guess

That would be the sensible thing to do, it would be much the same as having a service valve before a gas meter.
