Title: A broken pipe line beneath the home

A broken pipe line beneath a home is causing the leakage in on the ground floor, ruining floor coverings, furniture and appliances. How can we get it repaired?

Hi  johnmwentz

can you give us a bit more information so that we can understand whats going on? If your pipe is leaking beneath your home how can that be damaging the floor? Is the pipe in the concrete? Are you referring your question to the fact that you cant pinpoint the problem or where it is leaking? please be more specific.

Regards Plumber

Water has a nasty habit of tracking along walls, floors etc... taking the easiest path. If your sure the waters coming from the concrete floor/slab the best way to find it would be getting one of those lads in with the mic and headphones (they can hear the leak in the slab). Better that tearing up all your floor. However, it could also be coming down the walls (which is the more probable explanation) tracking along the floor. Before you do anything though, make sure the insurance gives you the go ahead.

Hey! I am looking for the advice as the leaking pipe's water is coming inside the room area, perhaps by seepage. Thanks for responding. I have no idea as to what more should I inform you.  ;D ;D

i concur if you cant give a detailed discription to us then we dont have the ability to help you so you best action is to call a plumber in to trouble shoot or a leek detection crowd if the pipes run through a concreet slab...good luck.
