Hi wal, i,ve been trying to speak to the pgdb, how hard is it to get a reply from them its taken 1 week,i left messeges to speak to kern uran,he's always in a meeting.

ok johnny52 i have been in the same situation many a time...the only way to get a response from those that would seek to avoid you ...if you have a spare two hours or so, is to ring leave a message then in about two minutes ring back again...then in another two minutes ring again and so forth and soon they will get so sick of you ringing they will finally answer you...a variation of this is to ring and ask for diffrent people and if you happen to get through then ask to speak to the origional person you were after...if they say he is in a meeting then ask to be placed on hold so you are first in line after the meeting has finished...all i mean is make the point hard and fast that you absoulety need to speak to this person...and the only way for that to happen is to make them know in no uncertian terms that you will not give up in your quest to speak to said person! good luck i know this aproach works as i have used it many a time with the ITO and other departments and firms...

Another good way if you can get hold of a old thermal fax machine is print out your request a couple of times on a few sheets of paper tape them into one long sheet insert them into the fax and then tape the loose ends together and press send. This usually produces the best results if done around 5.30pm or after 4.30 on a Friday ( they tend to get the MSG when the memory on there fax is full with the same MSG) ;D ;D ;D

That is so funny!! I will be sure to keep that in mind one day! :D :D

hi guys, that is such a good idea, give up plumbing you have a certain future in sabotage, lol. i do have an old thermal fax if anyone wants to borrow it, you will have to figure out a way to overload their e-mail system, switching on the computer to receive a million messages could really upset them and get the message across, cheers
