Title: 06 common questions....need a hand!!!

need ahand with question 4 of the 06 common im doing for study purposes.

State four circumstances where the principal may order a variation to the contract works?

actually all those questions for number 4 im stuck on so any correspondance would be apprciated!!

They cancelled the refresher up in auckland so no good for me as i did the course back in 06 then went overseas before i sat the test!!

1. The principle wants to change the character or quality of any material or work.
2. The principle wants to change the line, level, postion or dimension of any part of the contracts work.
3. The principle wants additional work to be carried out by the contractor.
4. The principle wants additional demolition carried or removal of any material or work.

Grab a copy from NZAA. Helped me a lot!!
