a) check for "pre qualification" requirements
    Set out a time schedule for the works and see how that impacts on your other work.
    Start training your staff to understand the specific requirements of critical path and quality control.
    Make sure you have the financial resources and the credit-worthiness to stand credit checks - bond - performance and insurance guarantees.
    Price high until you are confident - you may be able to negotiate a lower price, but negotiating a higher price would be an unusual feat.
