Title: Fellow Practitioner Issue 374 Dated 31 May 2019

It seems like we are going through a period of resetting the clock. Skills are looking for people to go on a consultation committee AGAIN. Been there done that and what a waste of time and personal money. They lost our respect and trust and now they are moving on expecting people to trust them again. Others in the industry should note trust is easy to lose.

I am from the uk where I served a full apprenticeship, during my time there I worked with quite a few fast track plumbers. I can tell you from my experience it’s not the way you want to be heading, you end up with loads of tradesmen who are qualified on paper but just don’t have the experience to be able to do the job
