Some people say the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.  The Federation says the greatest trick the Government ever pulled was the Plumbers Gasfitters and Drainlayers Act 2006 with their zero investment.

When you don’t invest, you can’t expect a return on your investment.

Im not sure they know what that return on investment should be.
