Title: Isovalve Products
Post by: Stu Clark on May 24, 2017, 10:25:33 AM
Hi Guys,

I'm interested to know what the professionals think to Isovalve products and what the general public think to them being used in their properties.

It's a bit of market research I'm doing to get an idea of how/where we can help in the industry.

I'm the dedicated business development manager for Isovalve and my aim is to help our users as much as possible, from product knowledge, product use to even marketing plumbing companies that use Isovalve.

I'd welcome any feedback.

Hi Stu,
I use them, recently I have installed quite a few taps that come with 10mm flexis and the option of putting a 10mm nipple on to the isovale is great.  I like the product in general and am using them more often when doing pipeouts. They save a bit of time at fit off stage.  It was the option for 10mm that sold them too me though as hadn't really used them before that.

Thanks for your response!

From the conversations I've been having with local plumbers, I've been told they don't price them in because they're afraid of losing out on the work if they're too expensive.

Do you find the extra cost scares off customers?
