Title: TRAINING
Post by: robbo on March 08, 2016, 04:11:13 PM
hi guys, i see the  `upskilling` hasn't changed much. Suppliers trade stands/BBQs/Beers at happy hour.  Not that i am complaining as it is a huge step in the right direction with great relief for all the younger guys with young families and big mortgages which was always a great concern of mine with added stress of juggling life around continual points training at various times/locations at a greatly increased cost above what is now in place... Just need to work on the proper training program to attract and keep people in the trades, cheers
Morning sessions – Start at 7am with a BBQ and trade stands, with the CPD content being delivered from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Afternoon sessions – Start at 1pm with afternoon tea and trade stands, with the CPD content being delivered from 2:30pm to 6:30pm, followed by a happy hour.
