The Plumbers Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board is currently undertaking Public Consultation on the review of Registration and Licensing requirements. This is the second round of consultation, and your second opportunity to have your say.

A lot of people have said to the Federation Executive Committee that attending the Board’s consultation is a waste of time as they will just go ahead and do as they want anyway. This may well have been the case in the recent past, but how long do we hold a grudge for the incompetent regulation of our industry?

Read the update on restricting sales of plumbing gasfitting and drainlaying fittings to members of the public.

I agree with the Federation that we all need to have our say and step up. Decades of sitting back have got us no where so lets get off out backsides and do something.
