Should the Plumbers Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board move the licensing year?

Tradespeople need to know their rights so they don't fall foul of the Board.

Licensing is slightly up on the same time last year, but only just.

That is such a great idea....

Use the Board's surplus to see them through the interim period that gets them to billing for actual costs, which we can pay on the 20th of the following month after receiving a breakdown of cost and a proper itemised transparent bill, even based on performance would be even better.....

Can you imagine billing for a house that was totally ruined by your work, now apply that to the Board billing for their "good and effective" performance.....to be paid on the 20th of the following flock of pigs to wing by.....
