Title: Password recovery bug

Dear Plumbers NZ community, we are working on a password recovery issue on the forum that has been an on and off issue for several weeks now. You might be faced with some temporary log-in issues during these fixes. Updates will take place between 12 - 1 AM to reduce disruption. I will update this post once complete and apologise for any inconveniences.
