Interesting article in the local newspaper; an example of the differences in "sentencing" of Board prosecutions and prosecutions undertaken in the district court.  Remember the plumber who was fined a rather large sum of money for failing to put a seismic restraint strap on a water cylinder.

I have told the Board about a very real legionnaires risk for many years, and they won't even appoint an investigator, it all depends on who you know at the Board.
