Title: Fellow Practitioner Issue 230 Dated 31 October 2014

Read about a practitioner who complained to the Board and then regretted it.

A letter to the Editor questioning the Boards claim that it operates in a fair manner.

What does the Board have if Master Plumbers doesn't support it?

Points of view from readers.  Is yours the same?

If the complainant feels bad then hows the poor bugger who got prosecuted feeling? His name will now be public record on the Boards Web Site for the next three years and a lot can happen in three years.

Will all the Board Members, Legal Counsel and Registrars names be plastered over the Website for all the unlawful activities over the last four years? This is the Board that operates in a "Fair Manner".

what was the outcome with the phil routhan scandal? i see your point. They air practitioners dirty laundry every month but send their own dirty laundry (some covered in nz blood)off to the dry cleaners in secret to be cleaned lol

Guys.... I can prove a lot, but no one in power wants to know, goes right back to the Routhan era, spans the incompetent administrating of the gas cert system and not to mention an explosion that no one has been held accountable.

There is no fair or right way adhered to, at all.
