Holy s*it. Whomever decided to do that obviously was never trained correctly or at all.

I'm guessing you informed the owners and asked if it overflows in heave rain?.
Convert it to a job to rectify perhaps?

hi guys/Rodza1, no i was working next door and couldn`t believe that someone would put 40mm down pipes that disappear into the  house and the amount of water that would try to get down them in a good amount of rain, must have been designed by an architect and approved by the council i would have thought, cheers
