Is it corruption or simple acts for bad faith towards the industry? What are we talking about - the fact that the financials in the Plumbers Gasfitters and Drainlayers Boards Annual Report this year have not been 100% audited. The issues to do with the allocation of overheads and the memorandum accounts (the final two pages of the financials) were not looked at in their entirety by the Office of the Auditor General. We believe this is because the Board can not back the facts and figures and the Auditor Generals Office would be forced to give them a fail.  Remember the amount of fees we pay is based on the allocation of time to functions and the Board to date have not been able to produce anything of that nature.

And where is the Government who accepted the partial pass in the Financials? Where is the accountability? Should Maurice Williamson fire the Board and resign? Why do we as an industry continue to get treated like sh*t by the Minister and the Board he appointed.

I don't know about everyone else out there but I'm getting sick of people in positions we should be able to trust trying to pull the wool over our eyes all the time. They must think we are bloody thick.

Thanks to the Federation for having the balls to speak up and not back down to these pricks.
