No it definitely has not - it is being liquidated as SKILLS are the new entity that looks after training.  Rest assured all debts are paid and there is approximately 1 million dollars left in the coffers.  The PGDRITO called together industry groups - Roofing Association, Master Plumbers, The Federation, members of the Trust that owned the ITO and nutted out acceptable ideas for how the money will be spent.  It will only be spent on plumbing, gasfitting, drainlaying and roofing and will be spent in upskilling and training for the whole of these industries (on things OTHER than core training which is paid for by the government).  How this will look to the industry will be announced very soon I am sure.

But don't panic - all is as it should be, and the profit made by the PGDRITO is safe and will be handed over to be managed in a manner that was acceptable to ll.
