Title: Wetback problem pipes hot when fire is cold

Post by: Plumber on June 09, 2013, 11:04:15 PM: It could be reverse siphoning, this will happen when the pipework is not installed correctly or if there is no anti siphon trap.

is this a new problem or something that's happened from new? if it's a new problem, then what has changed? any plumbing alterations? me, I'd be looking for a water leak especially with an increased power bill.
