Title: Fellow Practitioner Issue 153 Dated 10 May 2013

This week we have a look at licensing and what is happening.  Is the Board confused about what they are and why do they push for court prosecution instead of Infringement Notices?

Consultation and why you should have your say and you need to speak up regarding the qualifications review.

Feel sorry for the Topp Twins and is it the Joke of the Week or Just a Joke?

I know at least 3 guys that have not relicensed simply because they didn't have enough points! In one case 4 technical points were missing to get his certifying drainage license, like you say Wall they were busy working providing for their families and as we all know know the year goes around pretty fast! Regardless of the reasons if the number of people not relicensing is that high then the board has really created even more problems for themselves. Oh PGDB what a dilemma.
