Why Are We Being Punished for making the effort to become qualified?  We give you an update on the Boards appeal to remain a registered charity.

We ask where the Boards Outputs Originate and are they relevant to us?

How Charitable are they Board as we certainly don't see any charity more like bullies.

Just More Taxes imposed on us and Incompetence Gets Covered Up With Bureaucracy

We are not alone - read about the problems in Kaipara.

Another excellent newsletter.  Very interesting about the money we are paying when we do annual company returns.  The bastards are fleecing us left, right and centre.  It wouldn't be so bad if we felt they were doing a good job, but every time I watch Parliamentary TV I want to slap them ten different ways and can't help thinking that the majority of them don't deserve to be there and behave like silly school children.  I do have to say some of the women in Parliament, with special mention of Ruth Dyson, Maryan Street and Holly from the Greens - are far superior in their behaviour to the men.  I used to have respect for John Key, but this has waned each time I see him "perform".  There must be a better use for our taxes that this bunch of retrobates.

Thanks for the update on the Charities stuff - again how does the Board justify using practitioner funds for their defence.  Is this in their mandate for expenditure???  I suspect not.

Under ancient and outdated laws it is still legal to shoot a Welshman from your castle in Shrewsbury.... its why I moved...... :D

FFS..... so it was the intention of the people who lived 400 years ago....so was hanging, drawing and quartering opponents and cutting off your wife's head because you wanted a divorce.

Perhaps I could call for a joust to defend my honour with Max ,or perhaps we should move to a forest and start wearing green tights, its a feckin joke.

How about listening to the Magna Carta too and playing fair.

They remind me of the Monty Python sketch. How do you know she's a witch, because she looks like one....and they are the ones who put the hook nose on her.

once upon a time.....you served your time, learned under a craftsman (not of the license sense), then you became a time served tradesman, you won or lost work on your service you provided and strived to do your best because you had pride in your self, the industry and your work........then they called us all incompetent......and took away our pride......

Now if you pay your money, sit the bollox exams (shown to be bollox, I don't decry learning in anyway, I love to learn) and do your CPD points (listening to people sell their wears) then you can work, no matter how useless you are......look at my old boss!

This system actually helped hide him (and still does) and gave him credibility......in the old system he would have been known as a charlatan from the outset......he was empowered by the cocks who call US incompetent......

It is a club that they can withhold membership from when they please.....then you can't work......wankers!

My old boss was deemed competent every year he had his license granted to him by the Muppets who call us incompetent.....with no apprenticeship served and definitely no pride in the trade or industry.....nice legacy by the experts.

The scary part is the fact that he's not the only one who has never worked on the tools but has been granted a Certifiers License. It is truly shocking to think that someone who has never used a welder, never crimped, never crawled under a house can supervise apprentices

Mate he was a gas salesman, given his ticket because of his connections in the gas industry...then he started doing the installs himself as well signing all and sundry off.....even other totally clueless f****ers and other totally untrained and unlicensed people.......which actually came up in my hearing, and still goes unchecked..... unreal eh!

When the apprentice left his employ, he said don't forget if you ever want anything signed off, let me know. So you had a partially trained person being signed off by a person who hadn't done an apprenticeship.

My only surprise is....we have only had just the one explosion.
