Hi all,
I have a job to do coming up where the owner wants a wok burner that is not functioning properly (read does not give out sufficient flame and heat) swapped out to a known good burner
I suspect that the burner simply has a blockage somewhere within the burner itself as all other burners appear to be same brand/model and are all operating fine - the flame picture on said faulty burner is fine at all jet nozzles so it has to be a supply issue just prior?
I have not had anything to do with wok burners prior to this
this is a high pressure supply situation - 150 kPa - thats what the regulator guage tells me (i thought this was too high) I think owner has wound it up trying to get decent flame on said faulty burner?
I am still deciding whether i want to know about or attempt this job
Is there anything that anyone knows of that I should possibly check? Is there anything else I should be looking for?
Cheers all, Integrated

had to widen search parameters but fairly certain I have found cert for property, so its ok there
with the wok burners are they a simple isolate/disconnect/unfix/replace/refix/recomminssion jobby? - the burner is dirty as hell and hard to tell whats what?!?
