Title: fuel deals
Post by: bowtieboy on December 13, 2012, 07:53:21 PM
Hi all, i am about to remove my membership to master plumbers as i am not happy with them at all and the money i pay is not justified. they moved us over to mobil and we get 9 cents a litre but there service is shocking and they dont have stations where i need them for refueling.
what deals are you doing with whom?
regards

Trade Edge with Crane.  Good deals through BP - not sure if you have to have a minimum spend.   If you have a few vans you could probably negotiate you own deal with fuel cards - if you just have your vehicle then the old visa and supermarket vouchers might be a better deal and you just pay the petrol off on the visa once a month.

Hi all.

I negotiated a deal with Caltex. Not as good as 9 cents a litre but great services and lots of garages.

Bowtie....got a doozy with those dodgy bastards....just going to edit it a bit.....

Out of curiosity when are the inexcess of $1000.00 per year memberships due to be renewed? All I got out of an eight year membership... two terms serving a president and VP..... was a sticker on my van, bloody expensive stickers, per year.....do you get to rent the stickers, or do I own them now. Self serving bullying cocks....laughable really.

We could save money on fuel bills by converting our vehicles to gas and harvesting the gas produced by the Plumbers Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board like they do at the dumps.

They seen full of sh#t all the time so we may have discovered an untapped endless supply which could help New Zealands economy.

Just a thought.
