Good old Hays recruiting. Ive heard about these companies that sub tradesmen out to other companies/ people.

Whats it actually like does anyone know? Perhaps they dont know the trade terms when they ask for a plumber haha
Ive never dealt with any of them but from what I understand they are your employer, they pay you and send you out to temporary jobs
for their clients or the such and the clients pay them, kind of like a allied work force situation?? Or  a middle man??

hi guys, yes some of them do employ you directly and charge the company more than they are paying you, but i think Hays charge a percentage of the annual wage up to about 12% quite a lot, cheers

Far out thats a bit, yeah I dont know much about them but from what Ive heard they make money out of basically "leasing out a tradesman''
I probably wouldnt get involved with one myself unless I was really really desperate for work. And even then I wouldnt be happy if they
were cashing in on my hard work to get my tickets etc. Wonder if they pay/re-imburse for their employee's licenses and disciplinary levy...prob not but would be interesting to know.

I can understand that to a commercial plumbing company but this add was for a building company all looked very dodgy
