Hi Jay, The ITO offer a correspondence course that has plenty of book material if you have cash to spend I find that is full of good information. You can also register with Unitec for a refresher course prior to your exam. Alternatively just post any questions you might have here and the community will help. All the best mate.

what i used to do for exams was get as many previous exams as possible and list out ALL questions

what happens is you will find that ALOT of the questions/topics are repeated year on year in one way or another

prioritize the questions/topics that come up most frequently and commit to memory

alot if not everything you require to study from should be in your own bookwork - I dont think you would need anything additional for reg exam

yeah i have all the exams and answers dated all the way back to 2007, and I have the ito plumbing and gasfitting essential skills books which are $200 for the pair, also, read the nzs 5261 standard as much as you can as the exam will be open book and it makes it easier to know your way around the standard when looking for answers, im doing the same exam in june - good luck!!! ;D ;D ;D
