Title: NEW GAS STANDARDS????????

Standards New Zealand advise there is a project underway to develop two Standards on gas installation. These are anticipated to be published as joint Australian/New Zealand documents and are due to be published later this year but a date has yet to be confirmed.

In the meantime, NZS 5261 Gas installations and NZS 5428 LPG installations for non-propulsive purposes in caravans and boats are the current New Zealand Standards. NZS 5261 is referenced in the Gas Regulations.

Post by: Joeledd on November 14, 2009, 02:20:52 PM: For cheap copies of gas standards, unitec in Auckland on carrington road has a copy and print center which sells the codes for roughly $6-$12 EACH a complete bargain.
