Looks like a good product for when an architects designs a house and forgets that the plumber has to fit some pipes in too!

we have used them on several occasions so far the only down side is there is about 50 hot dip galv nails to be hammered home in each one i dont know why they dont allow screwing off as this and a battery drill would be much faster and safer to the user...lol ;D
