You would have thought that the "new" Board would take the opportunity to clean house, fix the problems and prosecute the really guilty, but it appears that we got more of the same.

Here is the email I sent him this morning, I would ask anyone on this forum to do the same, read the transcripts above and make comment, I am at a loss as to how these blanket statements can be made. >:D >:D >:D >:D

I have asked Max Pederson for a similar feed back but have got nothing back ::) ::)

Hi Allan,

Please can you indicate, by page number of the transcript -

1.      Where I might find reference that supports your allegations below, in red, which were made in Saturdays Nelson Mail.

2.      Where I refer to myself as a “mere” plumber, especially when read in context.

3.      Also could I get a list of the “serious concerns”.

I am trying to organise my “retraining” and want to ensure that the Board approved course is relevant to my short comings. I have read and reread the transcript of the hearing and am finding difficulty locating either or evidence of such. As you can appreciate these allegations are having a huge effect on me, my family and reputation, and I ask for clarification in light of this. I do not think public blanket statements such as below are sufficient and think I am entitled to specifics, especially if I am to re educate my self. I have attached the transcript for your convenience.

Board chairman Alan Bickers said in a statement last night the board was concerned by Mr Gee's apparent lack of knowledge and appreciation of the applicable regulatory provisions for gasfitting.

"While the board understands that the disciplinary process can be stressful for parties, Mr Gee's evidence at the hearing raised serious concerns about his understanding of some fundamental aspects of the gasfitting trade."

Thank you,

Yours sincerely   Paul Gee

Still no reply.......you would have thought especially after reading the Board's press releases, the plumber's journal and Nelson Mail, that a person with my ALLEDGED short comings and ALLEDGED total lack of knowledge...... that the powers that be would put as much resources, time, effort and urgency (as they did with publicly slating me again) in to letting me know what I can do to improve myself ASAP ??? ::) I mean if I am such a liability then wouldn't you try to fix it as soon as you possibly could............Unless of course there is another agenda.

The time and effort to release all their "findings" would surly be better spent fixing things and actually protecting the public, instead of trying to ruin someones reputation even further and putting their own spin on it.

Could be Badger that they won't reply now until the appeal is over?  They may say they can't speak/comment about anything until that time. Frustrating mate, but your day will come, and then you can shout from the roof tops!
Have you learned lessons only of those who admired you, and were tender with you, and stood aside for you?  Have you not learned great lessons from those who braced themselves against you, and disputed the passage with you?  (Walt Whitman 1819-1891)  American Poet

My point is Jax....  is that if you are prepared to make a public statement then you should back it up with information, all this information is public any way, the transcript is on here, I am only asking for page numbers.

You shouldn't be allowed to make vague public statements with out substance regardless of the situation, its just wrong ethically.

Looking forward to high court now.......
