yesterday at 4pm I got a call to head up to hawarden to investigate some burst pipes at a elderly mans house (caused by the cold temperatures/snow) when I got there I found four leaks under the house, the man told me "I've had no water for three days and the only way I could get hot water was to collect some snow and boil it in the jug!"

So I thought "bugger that!!, Im not going to leave him (he lives on his own) with out any water for another two days" and there I was crawling under the house till 7pm in the freezing cold repairing burst copper pipes, after repairing the four burst pipes, I was exausted, we turned the water on and it was all fixed, the man said "thankyou very much!, now at least I can use the toilet!!!" and he gave me a leg of ham -Awesome!!!

Well done mate!!!
